Dr. Lindsay Ip is a Stanford trained Clinical Psychologist with 10 years of experience providing individual, couples and family psychotherapy in a variety of settings including private practice, primary care, inpatient, outpatient, day programs, emergency psychiatric services and university counselling. In her current private practice, she provides psychotherapy as well as conducts assessments for medico-legal reports. In addition, she provides resilience workshops to senior leaders in government through the Major Projects Leadership Academy at Oxford’s Said Business School, and to the UK Army generals. Dr. Lindsay Ip was also an adjunct professor in Clinical Psychology at Palo Alto University and directed an integrated care clinic in California, bridging mental and physical healthcare.

Dr. Ip integrates various evidence based treatments such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. She pays close attention to mind-body connections as well as how culture and spirituality affects clients’ worldview, sense making and interpersonal dynamics. Having lived in the U.K., U.S. and Hong Kong, she holds a multicultural perspective and speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
